* Journal Entries: Key post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
* Invoice Management: Monitor and manage dealer invoices, particularly those involving finance title work.
* Work Experience: Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Multitasking: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Daily Operations: Assist with daily operations to contribute to the overall success of the accounting department.

- Perform daily accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and reconciling accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct account analysis and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with financial auditing and compliance activities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Provide support for financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve any accounting-related inquiries
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and financial services
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.
g.
, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with account analysis and financial auditing practices
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to work with confidential information
