The camper is in good condition overall for its age.
Needs a good cleaning from being in storage but all osystems work as they should including: A/C Propane furnace Water heater (runs on electric or propane) Slide outs (2) Hydraulic jacks Plumbing and electrical (30amp).

There are few small areas that still have carpet.
There are a few cosmetic damages to the carpet and the woodwork from my dog when he was a puppy.
Easily fixable stuff.
There is a worn pleather couch, dining table and 2 dining chairs in there now.
These items can easily be removed leaving an empty space that can be set up to meet your needs.
I painted the frame of the camper 2 years ago with 3 coats of heavy duty black enamel.
Plenty of tread left on the tires with no dry rot.
Spare tire has never been used.
