The goal is to respond efficiently to customers appointments, inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

*\* Manage large amounts of incoming calls*
*\* Identify and asses customers needs to achieve satisfaction*
*\* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools*
*\* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up if necessary*
*\* Keep accurate records of customer interactions*
*Skills:*
*\* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening*
*\* Excellent communication and presentation skills*
*\* Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively*
*\* Computer knowledge*
