We are pleased to have the opportunity to host and support you in the planning of your event! Located in Greenville, North Carolina, Our country club is a family-oriented privately owned club.
Our space boasts a 14,000 square foot clubhouse featuring two levels of event space and breathtaking views of the golf course.
With our exceptional staff and stunning clubhouse, ours is the perfect venue for any special occasion! Our country club offers a beautiful location to plan a wedding, social event, or business meeting.
Several private party spaces with terraces are available with scenic views of their Lee Trevino Signature Golf Course.
Enjoy a game on this Lee Trevino Signature Course situated on 200 acres of rolling, wooded terrain, featuring scenic views of the Tar River, ponds, and beautiful stands of trees.
This 18-hole par 72 course spans 7102 yards from the back tees, 6712 from the member tees, and offer three other tee placements to accommodate players of all skill levels.

This semi-private club is located a short distance from Vidant Medical Center and just north of the 264 corridor.
A combination of the main and upper level can be rented for use of the entire facility (golf shop excluded) to accommodate larger events.
Our newly renovated Main Level includes our dining Room, bar, and terrace areas.
This space accommodates up to 100 people for a seated reception.
Included in this space are two terraces that both feature stunning views of the 18th hole.
Please note: Terrace seating not included in above numbers due to uncertainty of weather.
The Upper Level includes our large Banquet Room and 2 side rooms.
The large Banquet Room can seat up to 100 guests for a seated reception.
The 2 side rooms can be utilized for additional seating, storage of personal belongings, or function as a buffet and bar room.
This area offers a spacious terrace overlooking the front of the clubhouse, as well as 3 other terraces each with views of the golf course.
We offer on-site buffet and menu selections, as well as different bar options to cater to your needs.
Some of the options you may choose from include The Deli Board which is an assorted array of meats, cheeses and breads accompanied with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and chips as well as your choice of garden salad, pasta salad or potato salad; The Hen and the Hog lunch buffet which includes options like BBQ chicken, pulled pork, roasted vegetables, and peach cobbler; a soup bar featuring Southwest Chicken Tortilla Soup, Tomato Basil soup or a Butternut Squash Bisque; Caprese Salad with Grilled Zucchini, Chicken Piccata, Blackened Pork Cutlets or marinated flank steak, chargrilled and thinly sliced served with a cheddar mash and sauteed green beans.
We also have seafood and vegetarian options, like our Jumbo Crab Cake with Cajun Remoulade or our Citrus Salmon with Tarragon Cream Sauce and sauteed asparagus or our Vegetarian Napoleon with creamy pesto alfredo.
We also offer Coq Au Vin, a slow smoked beef brisket, blackened cod, and so much more.
A prime rib carving station is also available, as well as a build-your-own fajita or pasta station.

Events can have their date secured with a deposit in the amount of their facility rental fee.
Final payment is due on the day of the event.
A deposit will be forfeited if an event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event.
A 50% refund of the deposit will be given to any event cancelled 30-90 days prior to the event, and a cancellation 90 days prior to an event will receive a full refund deposit.

Final payment is due on the day of the event.

00 Staffing Staffing of personnel is dependent on the style and size of the event.
Management will determine staffing requirements.
However, should additional staffing be requested by the host or by law, a per person per hour fee will be added to the final invoice.
Minimums A total bill minimum may be required based on different event factors.
Room rental, service charges, and taxes do count toward the minimum.
The Event Manager will inform you if your event does have a minimum to meet.
Liability Our club does not assume liability for any damage or loss of any personal items prior, during, or after the event.
Smoking Policy There is no smoking allowed inside the clubhouse.
We do have designated areas in front of the clubhouse and on terraces for you and your guests to smoke.
Miscellaneous Set-up time is dependent on the start time of the event and is subject to availability.
Management will determine and confirm the allotted set-up time two weeks prior to the event.
All functions should end at the confirmed completion time and all events should end no later than 12am unless otherwise approved.
Break-down of all decorations, gifts, rental items, etc.
must occur at the end of the event and cannot be left over night.
Please note: Our club also functions as a restaurant for club members.
There may be dining services available the day of the event.
All dining services will end 3 hours prior to the event start time.
