Tire Shop Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery - Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed - Coordinate work schedules and assignments for the team to meet service demands - Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and repairs - Utilize power tools and hand tools for various automotive repair tasks - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Conduct vehicle maintenance and automotive diagnostics as required ```Requirements``` - Possess mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role - Proficiency in using hand tools for repairs and maintenance - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus This position requires a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry.
