Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring market trends
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in wireless sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
