Martin Exterminating is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Route Manager to provide stellar service for our residential and commercial pest control clients by utilizing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
This is an hourly paying position to start then production-based paying, which will equate to an increase in pay hence the pay range advertised.
Production based pay is a percentage of each work order.
In addition, this position will pay bonuses associated with performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to pass and maintain state agency required certification exams.
* Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check.
* Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
* No experience necessary although preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with our clients on your assigned route with great communication, service, and a positive attitude.
* Communication skills are key!
* Providing a topnotch service by practicing (IPM) techniques is more than just applying a product to control insects.
You should be comfortable entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems, identify insects, pest harborage locations, and identify conducive conditions (training provided).
* You should take pride in your appearance (uniform), service vehicle, and the way you hold yourself.
