ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for *Building Lead / Supervisor*
*- Must be able to write weekly schedules*
*- Must have a flexible and open availability*
*- *_*Must have at least 5 years cleaning experience*_
* *Perform routine maintenance tasks*
* *Perform routine assignment*
* *Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment*
* *Order and maintain necessary supplies*
* *Ability to handle physical workload*
* *Strong attention to detail*
* *Strong organizational skills*
* *Good people skills*
* *Floor tech experience REQUIRED! Waxing, buffing, stripping, and shampooing carpets.
*
* *Ability to train and mentor*
* *Must be very detail oriented.
*
_Background screening required, Drug screening required, No marijuana testing required.

_Bi-Weekly Pay_
_This employee will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks - this is a __*working*_ _position.
This employee will be the POC for the site and will address customer requests, as well as communicating with ABM leadership, employees, and communicating attendance concerns, service requests/ issues.
This employee must be able to work without close supervision.
- Experience required.
