Shift/Department Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills - Set sales goals and targets for the department - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives - Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms - Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management - Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for the department - Provide leadership and guidance to the team - Create and maintain a positive work environment Requirements: - Previous experience - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively - Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team - Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results - Experience in store management or team management is a plus - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and team management.
