Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in Bailey’s goal of providing the best customer experience in the country.

The role of the Assistant Manager plays a key part in the success of the Bailey’s business.
This role encompasses leading and developing the team to first and foremost promote our company core values.

Assisting to lead Bailey’s team, you ensure we are giving legendary service, oversee the performance of sales and department management in your store, support the General Manager and drive top lines sales.
You will keep everyone’s eyes focused on the goals.
Our stores are a fast-paced environment, and we have the largest and most beautiful jewelry and gift selection in the country.

We provide great tools for coaching and training; all you have to do is gain the buy in and put the tools in place for your team.
Overall Responsibilities:
Assist General Manager
Assistant in hiring and training.
Inspire, train, and develop team through coaching on the floors and daily store meetings.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of sales professionals and legendary customer service.
Maintain personal sales and be in top 3-4 performers in the store.
Execute all company initiatives with excellence
Hold team accountable to company core values, policies and procedures
Ensure we exceed patron’s expectations
Utilize and develop Selling Fundamentals
Develop staff to maximize potential
Monitor staff performance
Oversee and manage store Department Management
Oversee and manage company clientelling standards.
Create individual associates’ sales goals.
Create Store Sales team schedule to budgets.
Partners with Merchandising and Marketing for instore events
