Licensed Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team.
As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our animal patients.
This position requires a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for working with animals.
Duties: - Assist veterinarians in performing medical procedures and surgeries - Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians - Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results - Take radiographs - Prepare animals for surgery and monitor their anesthesia during procedures - Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery - Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures - Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration - Maintain accurate medical records Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills: - Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician - Strong knowledge of animal physiology, veterinary terminology, and aseptic technique - Proficiency in animal handling and restraint techniques - Familiarity with pet grooming, dog training, and dog handling is a plus - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to animals and working in a fast-paced veterinary setting, we would love to hear from you.
