$125 / 4br - 3800ft2 - Looking for a Room Mate/House Mate (Colerain)

Hello, My husband and I and our 4 dogs and 3 Cats are looking for a roommate.
The rent is incredibly cheap because My husband travels and is only home 4-5 days a month, and I work very long shifts and I am often gone 16 hour days.
We more than a roommate are looking for someone who will be around for the animals and who will help me with keeping the house clean and looking nice inside.
We do not smoke, or do any kind of drugs or do we drink.
I am in law enforcement so we are looking for someone mature and responsible.
The rent we are asking is 125$ a month which only pays the internet bill.
Internet, utilities and trash are included.
