Garbage would be the dump at Greenville nc.
We go twice a month or as needed can take Trash for you.
Fully furnished room including TV.
Wifi is slow but if needed can use it.
Have everything you need to cook.
Rules aren't much.
Just no visitors past 10pm or before 8am.
Keep a clean environment.
No candles or flames unattended.
Drinking is fine as long as it doesn't disrupt the house hold.
Smoking is outside only.
No smoking inside.
I smoke on the porch myself.
Livingroom has TV as well.
Laptop available to use if needed.
Huge yard if gardening is your hobby haha but not fenced in sadly.
Pets are okay.
As long as they don't destroy the house and are potty trained.
Utilities are covered basically with rent.
Bathroom is right across from room.
Noone uses it so it would be private with room.
Down side of this deal is the room next to the room for rent is home to 3 chihuahuas.
Once they adapt to you won't be any issues haha.

We're renting this room because my husband got throat cancer is no longer able to work and I'm full time taking care of him and so we are renting to help us out.
While trying to make sure who we rent to is a good person.
Never know about people nowadays haha.
