*Role Description*
This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Consultant, candidate must live in North Carolina.
The Benefits Consultant will be responsible for business development activities, conducting employer review, and maintaining relationships with area employers and clients.
The Benefits Consultant will also be responsible for conducting research on the latest trends in employee benefits, and insurance offerings.
The position will require close attention to timelines and detail.

Meet with prospective B2B prospects to earn their business.
Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare and Present Proposals.
Maintain an excellent level of customer service, devoted to the client experience.
Smash goals and objectives with enthusiasm and commitment.
Meet with potential clients to determine if they will be a good fit for our solutions.

As a condition of your contract, you are expected to comply with the state-specific licensing process and requirements to perform work as an insurance consultant, customer relationship specialist, direct sales specialist, or outbound specialist.
If you do not complete these requirements within the time frame designated by the hiring department, your contract with Cornerstone Employee Benefits LLC may be terminated.
