Responsibilities:
Responsible for communication across the shift.
Work with Quality Control Inspectors to resolve on-shift quality
issues and conduct shift audits for.
First line trouble shooter for equipment problems i.
e.
before Process
Technician/Engineer, Maintenance and Engineering.
Initiate Detection
Failure Investigations on shift if they occur.
Provides direction and mechanical assistance to Cell Production Operators
regarding unusual processes, quality or mechanical problems.
Delegate and supervise work assignments to Tech Cell Production Operators
and Cell Production Support employees.
Where needed, ensure coverage for CPOs during breaks, vacations, unexpected
absences, etc.
Coordinate changeovers, monitor machine speeds and ensure quality checks are
completed.
Complete attendance paperwork and approve time in Kronos.
Conduct safety incident investigations and follow up with corrective actions.
Ensures all safety procedures and rules are followed such as
LOTO, chemical labeling, machine guarding, forklift movement, etc.
Responsible for housekeeping, safety and quality on shift
Verify line clearance and changeovers.
Provide CPO support for reselect operation including isolation of defects on shift.
Promote plant goals such as Safety, Quality, ISO, GMP, and AIB
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required
6-12 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years technical experience preferred
Knowledge of technical equipment, ancillary equipment, SPC, and production scheduling required
